Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Acts Digital sells digital products, including ebooks, guides, and downloadable resources. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The product was not delivered due to a technical or payment processing error.

  • You contacted us within 7 calendar days of purchase and can provide proof of payment.

Refunds are not available if the product has been downloaded, partially or fully accessed, or if the issue is due to user error (e.g., incorrect email).

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your purchase qualifies:

4. Technical Issues

Our goal is to resolve all technical issues within 24–48 business hours.

5. No Other Refunds

All other requests, including buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with content, will not be accepted.
